Are you thinking of becoming a Mediator as a career, or acquiring the skills to help you in your current career?

From June 2021 we hope to be back face-to-face and will be delivering training which will give successful attendees the qualification and accreditation to mediate civil, commercial and workplace disputes.

Many training providers will "bolt on" workplace mediation but do not focus on it in their training and we've met many 'qualified' Mediators who then ask us how to do workplace mediation! The principles are the same, but the methodology and philosophy around the different types of mediation are very different.

Delivering the training will be a very experienced Civil and Commercial Mediator and also a specialist Workplace Mediator, both accredited and recognised by the Civil Mediation Council (as you will be once you qualify).

If you would like to qualify as a Mediator please either complete the contact form at the bottom of this page or register here - let us know that you're interested in the training and we'll send you updates as plans for face-to-face training unfold through the year.

Working Virtually and Face-to-Face

Before the world changed in 2020, we were already working with clients virtually due to the many benefits of doing so - especially when things are extremely urgent and it's difficult for people to be in the same venue. Although some situations must be dealt with in-person, sometimes customers choose a hybrid of virtual and face-to-face, and often they prefer one or the other. We're happy to discuss what works best for you and to chat through the benefits of each approach.

If you'd like to know more about the services we offer, or you have a question, please don't hesitate to call or email us. Alternatively, complete the enquiry form opposite and we'll respond quickly.
