INTERNAL MEDIATOR TRAINING

Whilst many issues in the workplace need external mediation, so many grievances and other disputes can be nipped in the bud early by focusing on resolving situations through proper conversations.

Through our internal mediator training programme, you can help your employees and the organisation by saving the wasted time and cost but, more importantly, the significant stress caused by formal grievances and disputes.

Combine this training with a different approach towards resolution procedures rather than grievance procedures and you'll really start to drive cultural change.

From April 2020 we hope to be back face-to-face to deliver training, so please either complete the contact form at the bottom of this page or register here to let us know that you're interested. We'll send you updates as plans for face-to-face training unfold through the year.

AVOIDING FORMAL GRIEVANCES TRAINING

Sometimes all that's required are a few tips and techniques to help HR professionals and line managers to resolve issues quickly and nip things in the bud before they escalate into bigger problems. One of the things we experience a lot is ineffective use of the first stage of any grievance process - trying to resolve the issue informally. In our virtual half day course we talk about ways of avoiding getting bogged down in formal grievances (and all the note-taking and wasted time that comes with them). We also discuss some of the simple techniques we use in mediation to resolve issues. The sessions are best run for established teams, but we also run them with mixed groups from different organisations. You can download a brochure for the training here or by clicking below - if you have any questions please get in touch.

Working Virtually and Face-to-Face

Before the world changed in 2020, we were already working with clients virtually due to the many benefits of doing so - especially when things are extremely urgent and it's difficult for people to be in the same venue. Although some situations must be dealt with in-person, sometimes customers choose a hybrid of virtual and face-to-face, and often they prefer one or the other. We're happy to discuss what works best for you and to chat through the benefits of each approach.

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU!

If you'd like to know more about the services we offer, or you have a question, please don't hesitate to call or email us. Alternatively, complete the enquiry form opposite and we'll respond quickly.
