To celebrate our 7th birthday we announced that we're giving away a free place on our 3-day Internal Mediator programme in Nottingham. We had 872 entries, which means the chances of winning were little over 0.001% - but as they say "you've got to be in it to win it".
Watch the video to see the draw being made by our Managing Director Pete and his daughter Millie who made sure it was a fair draw.
Congratulations to the lucky winner!
