We’re passionate about employee relations. We're not ‘theory consultants’ – we won't just regurgitate what you can google or read in books. We have the experience to practice - we don't preach. We’ve been at the ‘coal face’ facilitating difficult discussions between individuals, teams and with Trade Unions nationally. 

We'll always share our stories and experiences as leaders. We know how tough and frustrating managing people can be - we've been there, we've done it and we have the scars - but we also know how rewarding it is to be a true leader.


We believe in tackling root cause. Most people issues are leadership related - most commonly the ability to communicate, listen and engage effectively - to earn and build trust and respect.


‘Engagement’ is a bit of a modern-day buzzword, but when it’s done well it turns managers into leaders – we’ve seen it so many times. 


True leaders take accountability and make pragmatic decisions - it doesn't mean being 'soft' - it means being direct, honest and fair. We're comfortable having difficult conversations - they're important and too commonly avoided.


Whilst we’re qualified in HR to the highest level, what makes us different is our breadth and depth of real-life experience. From leading operations in manufacturing plants to operating at executive level in blue chip organisations, we have decades of practical people leadership experience - from every angle.  


No two situations are the same when it comes to people, so effective leadership is key, and we're happy to help. We offer expertise in immediate solutions such as dispute resolution and mediation, plus more proactive interventions including leadership development, coaching and mentoring - both for leaders and HR professionals.
