Facilitated conversations are sometimes needed instead of mediation
When we receive enquiries about issues in the workplace we always discuss with clients the most pragmatic way to reach the best solution.
Sometimes it isn't full mediation that's required, it just needs a facilitated conversation, especially issues amongst teams.
Many of the same conversations can be had and the same principles applied, so we often suggest facilitated conversations where the issue doesn't require full-blown mediation. They work really well and can often be more cost-effective .
