Our Director Pete Colby was recently asked by Liz Henson, who runs the HR Ninjas facebook group, to do a webinar about the lost art of conversations and how to avoid wasting so much time in formal grievances and disciplinaries.
From his mediation and HR background Pete recalls a few examples of these on the webinar to hopefully help people understand the value of resolving issues informally rather than always having to hold formal meetings with note-taking, etc.
