It may feel to early to think about Christmas but it is time to start thinking about Christmas parties, alcohol and the implications when employers provide free bars. Employees getting blind drunk at the company's expense can lead to numerous issues - have a think about policies and procedures - minimise the risk but don't minimise the fun!
