It's enough job satisfaction when you manage to help people through really tricky situations, but when they come back with things like this it blows my mind. It really is great to know that you've helped and really made a difference.
The only issue I have now is I'm sure Sat Bains is an absolutely lovely place to eat, but I'm from Yorkshire - I could take my wife and daughter on holiday for £250. Spending that amount on a meal is something I find difficult to compute - that's our Friday chippy teas for 6 months!
Massively touched by this gesture - really glad to help the people move on and get what's fair - that's all people want, to be treated fairly and to avoid the stress, time and cost of having to battle for justice.
