KISS more at work! Keep things simple - don't stifle the organisation with complex terminologies and acronyms that people don't understand. Employee engagement is impossible if you can't get people to understand or you don't really understand it yourself!
Could you explain whatever it is to an 8 year old? If not, then have a think about whether you're really getting the message through the organisation and getting employees on board with the vision - or is it just a misty fog?
As Einstien once said - if you can't explain something simply then you don't understand it well enough yourself!
