Mediation and Facilitated Conversations

Understandably, clients are often unsure whether mediation is actually required, as a facilitated conversation may be all that's needed.
 

Depending on the situation, a facilitated conversation may be the answer - for example when teams have a few issues communicating with each other, or the issues between individuals are not really a dispute.

The video below will help you to think about a few elements in terms of the case you have, and explains the key additional elements involved in mediation - the main difference being a without prejudice agreement to mediate, which gives everybody the reassurance of confidentiality.
