Mediation Training

Have I mentioned we train mediators? Any organisations who spend time in formal grievances really should have people within their organisation trained in mediation skills.

To nip an issue in the bud before it becomes a formal grievance saves so much wasted time, cost and (most importantly) stress.

Formal grievances usually make things worse by driving people even further apart - one accuses, the other defends. Usually we get called in to mediate after the grievance process has concluded and (as usual) the actual issue remains.

Put mediation first via your own internally trained mediators and you'll start a significant cultural change journey!
