Over the next couple of weeks we'll be posting a very short daily video tip on avoiding disputes (as we can see many starting to bubble to the surface). Tip #1 - always ensure your guidance is coming via an employment lawyer. We've posted about this previously, but it's so important - taking advice from the wrong people won't be a very good defence in any kind of dispute!

This video about having fun is pretty much led by 8 year old daughter Millie who (without being prompted) brought out the issue of mental health. In the short video she also manages to criticise home schooling and just manages to sneak in her customary silly face right at the end!
