I don't know of a scenario between people where mediation doesn't work if people want to explore solutions rather than having their day in court. Most people don't realise that they could still have their day in court anyway, it's just that they could resolve issues without the time, stress and expense that formal processes cost!

Going through any type of dispute is highly stressful. Every time I work with people in either workplace disputes or problems outside work the stress people are under is incredible. The relief people show when it's over is almost tangible - getting to that better place earlier is something we should all strive to do.

A bit of a rant about poor managers - how can they live with themselves making unfair decisions and devastating lives just to cover their own backsides and progress their own careers? 

As we continue the journey of developing our brand it's all getting rather exciting - as a man of a certain age I didn't realise I could jump quite so high!
