When we receive enquiries about issues in the workplace we always discuss with clients the most pragmatic way to reach the best solution. 

Sometimes it isn't full mediation that's required, it just needs a facilitated conversation, especially issues amongst teams.

I recently facilitated a conversation with a team that was such a talented and passionate set of individuals but they were all battling against each other - once they became aligned you could see what an amazing team they were.
